The best concert of the year happened at the 2006 Chicago Jazz fest and JazzChicago.Net was there as young trumpeters Maurice Brown and Corey Wilkes led their bands on stage for the Windy City/Crescent City jam Session. The excitement grew to a fever pitch as both bands pulled out all the stops until... the bands spilled offstage and into the crowd raising the excitement level into the stratosphere.
